Privacy policy
Last updated 1 November 2026. Plain English first: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run this website, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is operated by VENZPIRE, a sole proprietorship based in Tamil Nadu, India (“Venzpire”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal information collected through venzpire.com. You can reach us at venzpire@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you apply for a strategy call we collect your name, email address, company or website, the type of project, budget range, timeline, company stage and the description you write. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share there.
- Technical information. Our server records your IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We use your IP address briefly to prevent spam and abuse of the application form.
- Analytics. If you allow it in the cookie bar, we use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the form was submitted. It uses cookies or similar identifiers and does not tell us who you are. Without your permission it does not load at all.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your application and arrange a call (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract).
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver the project (performance of a contract).
- To keep the website secure and free of spam (legitimate interest).
- To understand and improve the website (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
We will not add you to a marketing list without your permission, and we never sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run Venzpire, under their own privacy and security commitments: our web host (Bluehost), our email provider (Google Gmail), Google Firebase for analytics, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there. If we work together, we may use project tools such as GitHub, Slack or cloud providers you approve. We may disclose information if required by law.
International transfers
We are based in India and our providers may process data in India, the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your information.
How long we keep it
Applications that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client and project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the work and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email venzpire@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Firebase Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish visits, but only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Client project data
Data you share with us during a project, including your users’ data, is handled under the confidentiality and data-processing terms in our project agreement, not this policy. We work inside your own accounts wherever possible and never use your data to train shared AI models.
Security
We use HTTPS across the site, limit who can access enquiries, and store applications in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
