iHub
Inventory management for apparel stock
iHub is an admin panel and API that an apparel seller in India uses to track stock across styles, colors, sizes and sales platforms. Every item that comes in from a supplier or goes out to a sale is logged against a master catalog, so stock on hand is always known.

The challenge
Apparel stock splits into styles, colors and sizes, and each of those can be listed differently on different sales platforms. Without one shared system, it is hard to know what is actually in stock, what came in from which supplier, and what sold where. We built iHub to give the business one place to record inward and outward stock movement against a consistent master catalog.
Who uses it
- Stock admins
- Record inward stock from suppliers and outward stock from sales, and manage the master style, color and size catalog.
- Category/catalog managers
- Maintain categories, platform-specific style and size mappings, and supplier records.
- Sales operators
- Log sales against stock and view inventory levels by style, size and platform.
What we built
An admin panel and API that log inward and outward stock against suppliers, categories and master styles, colors and sizes, with per-platform mappings and a sales log. The product grew through a StockHub module for general stock ledgers and a newer dashboard with CSV inventory import.
Inward/outward stock log
Every stock movement is recorded as inward (from a supplier) or outward (to a sale), against a specific style, color and size.
Master style/color/size catalog
A shared catalog of styles, colors and sizes keeps stock entries consistent across suppliers and platforms.
Supplier and category records
Suppliers and categories are tracked so inward stock can be traced to where it came from.
Per-platform style and size mapping
Platform style and size tables map the master catalog to how each sales platform lists the same items.
Sales log
Sales are logged against stock to keep the outward side of the ledger tied to actual sales.
StockHub ledger module
A companion product applying the same inward/outward/party ledger model to general stock, not just apparel.
CSV inventory import
theihub, a later web dashboard, lets staff bulk-update inventory from a spreadsheet instead of entering rows by hand.
How it works
- A supplier delivers stock, and an admin logs it as inward stock against the master style, color and size.
- The catalog manager maps that style and size to how each sales platform lists it.
- When an item sells, the sale is logged, which records outward stock and updates what remains.
- Stock admins check current levels by style, color, size or platform at any time.
- For bulk updates, staff in theihub's dashboard import a CSV to adjust inventory across many styles at once.
Every part of the product
Admin panel (iHub)
PHP
Primary panel for inward/outward stock, styles, colors, sizes, suppliers, categories and sales.
REST API (iHub)
PHP
Backs the admin panel and any connected client apps with the same stock data.
Admin panel (StockHub)
PHP
General-purpose inward/outward stock ledger with party accounts, built on the same model.
REST API (StockHub)
PHP
API layer for the StockHub ledger module.
Web dashboard (theihub)
Admin UI
Rebuilt core screens (styles, suppliers, sizes) on a modern admin UI with CSV inventory import.
How it’s built
iHub, StockHub and theihub are one product that grew in stages: a PHP admin panel and API for inward/outward stock against a master style/color/size catalog, a StockHub module that generalized the same inward/outward/party ledger pattern beyond apparel, and a later theihub dashboard that rebuilt the core style, supplier and size screens on a modern admin UI and added CSV-based inventory import for bulk updates. Keeping one master catalog with per-platform mappings meant stock levels stayed accurate even as the business listed the same styles differently across sales platforms.

Questions about iHub
What does iHub do?
iHub is an inventory and stock-movement system for an apparel seller in India. It tracks stock by style, color and size, logs inward stock from suppliers and outward stock from sales, and maps the same catalog to how different sales platforms list it. Venzpire built iHub, its StockHub ledger module and the later theihub dashboard as one product.
How does iHub handle stock across multiple sales platforms?
iHub keeps one master catalog of styles, colors and sizes, then maps that catalog to platform-specific style and size listings. That way inward and outward stock movements stay consistent even though each sales platform lists the same items differently.
What is StockHub's relationship to iHub?
StockHub is a companion module Venzpire built using the same inward/outward/party ledger model as iHub, but applied more generally to stock and party accounts rather than apparel specifically. It is part of the same iHub product family.
