The challenge
A sales organization needed one place for managers at every level to track field visits, expenses and requests from their team. Sales executives working in the field, area managers overseeing them, and regional managers overseeing multiple areas each needed a different slice of the same data, with no single system to serve all three. SalesWing gives each role its own panel view over the same shared data.

What we built
We built a PHP/Bootstrap admin panel with separate role views for admin, area sales manager (ASM) and regional sales manager (RSM), covering sales executives, managers, visits, expenses, leave, special requests and statistics, backed by a REST API.
Role-based panels
Admin, ASM and RSM each get a scoped panel view matching their place in the sales hierarchy.
Sales executive management
ASMs manage the sales executives assigned to them.
Visit tracking
Field visits by sales executives are logged and reviewed by their ASM.
Expense tracking
Executives log expenses by configurable expense type for managers to review.
Leave requests
Sales executives submit leave requests that their ASM tracks.
Special requests
Executives raise special requests that escalate from ASM to RSM level.
Statistics
ASMs and RSMs see summary statistics for their team's visits, expenses and requests.

How it’s built
SalesWing is a PHP/Bootstrap admin panel organized into separate admin, ASM and RSM sections that mirror the sales hierarchy, with a REST API behind it. Visits, expenses, leave and special requests are modeled once and filtered by role, so an ASM's view covers only their own executives while an RSM's statistics roll up everything underneath them. Special requests escalate between role levels, giving executives a path to get a request in front of the RSM when their ASM can't resolve it alone.
