WFGoal
Sales ticket tracking and leaderboard for advisors
WFGoal is an internal Android tool for a financial advisory firm's sales agents. Advisors log a ticket for each client sale, see how they rank against each other on a leaderboard, and export their tickets as a PDF report.

The challenge
The firm's advisors had no shared way to track individual sales tickets or see how they were performing against their peers. Sales records and reports needed a consistent place to live, shared with the same backend as the firm's client-facing WF Wallet app, rather than being tracked separately by each advisor.
Who uses it
- Advisors
- Log a sales ticket per client, including the insurance line, and check their leaderboard ranking.
- Sales managers
- Review ticket activity and leaderboard standing across advisors.
What we built
Advisors log a ticket per client sale (including the insurance line it belongs to), see their standing on a ranked leaderboard, and generate PDF reports of their tickets. The app syncs files to OneDrive over the Microsoft Graph API, and a shared PHP backend stores tickets and leaderboard data.
Ticket logging
Advisors log a ticket per client sale, tagged with the insurance line it belongs to.
Leaderboard
A ranked leaderboard shows how each advisor's ticket count compares to their peers.
PDF report export
Advisors generate a PDF report of their logged tickets.
OneDrive sync
Reports and files sync to OneDrive over the Microsoft Graph API for safekeeping.
Shared backend
A PHP backend stores tickets and leaderboard data shared with the firm's WF Wallet app.
How it works
- Advisor signs in to the app.
- Advisor logs a new ticket for a client sale, selecting the insurance line.
- Advisor checks their position on the leaderboard against other advisors.
- Advisor generates a PDF report of their tickets.
- Report syncs to OneDrive via the Microsoft Graph API.

How it’s built
WFGoal uses Firebase for authentication and the realtime database alongside its PHP backend, and integrates the Microsoft Graph API with MSAL for OneDrive sign-in and file sync, so advisors' PDF reports land in their firm OneDrive without a separate manual upload step. Tickets and leaderboard data share the same PHP backend as the firm's WF Wallet app, keeping sales activity and client-facing policy data consistent across both internal tools.
